Can I Cancel or Modify My Order After Placing It?

Orders can only be canceled within a limited time frame, typically a few hours after being placed. Once an order is processed, it cannot be modified or canceled. Promo or discount codes must be applied at the time of purchase and cannot be added retroactively. If an order is canceled after it has been shipped, restocking fees and return shipping costs will apply.


How to Return a Product Ordered from AlwaysKrafto?

  • You may return unopened and undamaged items in their original packaging within 7 days of receiving the shipment for a full refund.
  • Custom-printed orders, due to their personalized nature, are non-returnable.
  • If the return is due to an error by AlwaysKrafo, we will arrange free return shipping. Otherwise, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Important Notes on Product Conditions and Variations

  • The shelf life of corrugated and cardboard boxes may vary depending on environmental factors such as humidity, temperature, and chemical exposure. Improper storage can cause degradation in strength or appearance (e.g., white spots).
  • Minor industry-standard variations, such as slight color differences between batches and a manufacturing tolerance of ±5 mm, are normal and do not qualify for returns.
  • Returns for reasons other than a manufacturing defect (e.g., incorrect size ordered or change of mind) will incur a 30% restocking fee, and customers must pay the return shipping costs.

Why Do We Charge a Restocking Fee?

  • Processing returns involves additional time and labor for our warehouse team.
  • Companies that don’t charge restocking fees offset return costs by increasing prices for all customers.
  • Many returned items cannot be resold, leading to financial losses for the company.

Exchange Policy

If you receive a damaged item from AlwaysKrafto, we ensure that your concerns are addressed promptly. While we carefully package our products to withstand transportation, damages can occasionally occur. If an item you ordered arrives damaged, please email us at sales@alwayskrafto.store within 4 hours of receiving the material. Include clear photographs of the unopened package showing the damage.

Once we receive your email, we will coordinate with our logistics partner to initiate a transit damage claim if applicable. After the claim is approved and the damaged material is returned to us, we will dispatch a replacement for you. Your satisfaction and trust are our priorities, and we strive to resolve any issues efficiently.
