If you receive a damaged item from AlwaysKrafto, we ensure that your concerns are addressed promptly. While we carefully package our products to withstand transportation, damages can occasionally occur. If an item you ordered arrives damaged, please email us at sales@alwayskrafto.store within 4 hours of receiving the material. Include clear photographs of the unopened package showing the damage.
Once we receive your email, we will coordinate with our logistics partner to initiate a transit damage claim if applicable. After the claim is approved and the damaged material is returned to us, we will dispatch a replacement for you.
